In this short but important video;Charles talks about the need more for fat and protein and low glycemic carbs. Not refined carbs like even bread or fruit.
Obviously we shoulod be eating real food that's close to nature,and where poliquin is going with all this is to eat meat with no carbs and natural fats. He even talks about the need for salt in our diet.
